joomla - Users besides superuser cannot login in frontend -


i checkt log , temp folders in global configuration paths correct.

the user groups assigned correctly.

i created test user , cant log in frontend unless having superuser permissions.

the site not migrated joomla 2.5 built 3.

goto global configuration->permission tab, select "public" -> site login set "not set", can login in frontend
