ibm bluemix - Watson Retrieve and Rank creating a collection gives 400 Error -


i'm using bluemix console create collection in retrieve , rank, after creating cluster , config. when click + sign create collection, gives me 400 error saying collection exists. lies! doesn't... tried making first time.
