just curious, of best practices in industry error handling includes generating exact version of source format end user can correct , reload it.

also, best practices of validating data in oracle db after data load? right doing count, distinct find different column values , spot checking data format. there opensource tool available data validation?

what should expect output per etl work? right gathering stats , generating excel missing records.

please share guidance on this...

depending on nth recurrence of job in control M -
