python - Combine PyCharm and CLion IDEs -


i student , have access jetbrains professional products. in project use c, python , cython simultaneously , desperate ide combine both pycharm pro , clion functionalities. cython support built in in pycharm pro or corresponding plugin. tried many combinations of products (on ubuntu 14.04):

  • on clion-2016.2.3 python community eddition built in no cython plugin offered.
  • on pycharm-2016.2.3 no c plugin offered.
  • on idea-iu-162.2228.15 install python plugin no c plugin offered.

obviously question is: combination of ide-plugin should use able use python c , cython? maybe previous versions of these products? there missing out?

clion (v2016.1 , above) goes python support pycharm community edition, bundled default.

and if interested in cython in clion, upvote feature request.

in end, don't think other option possible, since clion not available plugin other tool, stand-alone ide.
