Bootstrap parent menu item won't collapse on mobile -


i have website built in joomla bootstrap navigation menu. when interacting menu on mobile device, can expand submenu, clicking on parent menu item second time not collapse it. remains open until either click on menu item or close entire menu. problem not occur when shrink desktop browser window down mobile size.

here's stripped down version of website; menu item in question "about us". can me figure out problem is?
