network programming - Problems opening local php page -


i instaled xampp , i'm trying run php page. have problem:

this page cannot displayed

based on organization's security policies, web site ( http://localhost/sajt/index.php ) has been blocked because has been determined security threat computer or organization's network. access blocked because request came unrecognized or unauthorized machine.

if have questions, please contact organization's network administrator , provide codes shown below.
