analytics - Formulate an LP model using algebraic notation -


the problem i'm having assigning binary variables since there 3 sets of them, namely in skill 1, 2 , 3. after picking best decision variable , linking binary choices project allocation budget constraint.

i have declared it's linking of skills projects that's catching me.
