analytics - Formulate an LP model using algebraic notation -


the problem i'm having assigning binary variables since there 3 sets of them, namely in skill 1, 2 , 3. after picking best decision variable , linking binary choices project allocation budget constraint.

i have declared it's linking of skills projects that's catching me.

"a management consultancy firm wishes assign employees project teams. employees can work on 1 project. skill capabilities , salaries shown in table below. y indicates employee has qualification in skill, n indicates not have skill. table shows budget availability , number of employees of each skill set required each project. may assume each project last 1 year.
