windows server 2016 rundll32.exe error -


after joined windows server 2016 domain running on windows server 2012 r2 , logged on domain administrator on 2016 machine; rundll32.exe error on occasion.

i tried running rundll32.exe command @ elevated cmd, no result!

however, when log in machine's administrator on 2016 server, fine.

asp.net - Problems sending emails from forum -
