Perforce new workspace trigger to create a file at client's workspace directory -


we pretty new perforce.
trying achieve create file placed on client's machine workspace directory when new workspace created.

i couldn't find right trigger workspace creation.

does have idea or suggestion? see in of trigger can workspace directory on client's machine , ip of machine, can't find trigger workspace creation.

you can define form-commit trigger on client form fire when client spec created or modified.

note runs on server, not client, if want create file on client machine you'll need use own mechanism that. perforce place files on client machine in response command p4 sync.
