.htaccess - Get is not working PHP -

i'm working on never value.. know problem in .htaccess looks this:

i don't know part creating problem, link looks this: http://royvanoeteren.nl/portfolio/delete?page_id=21

when $_get['page_id'] don't 21 no value.

does know part of .htaccess causing problem?

there no page_id located in rewrite string index.php?controller=$1&action=$2&id=$3
