TCP sockets on Windows UWP application -


i have problem uwp applications, uses tcp socket connect each other. when 2 devices connected 1 network(hosted e.g. router) works correctly, when 1 of them create hotspot , second connect hosted hotspot, cannot connect each other, because still timeout exeption. maybe encountered similar problem , have resolution this?

asp.net - Problems sending emails from forum -
