ssl - how to check if https sites are supported on windows OS? -


https sites accessible on windows xp sp3 (after enabling tls in ie settings/ registry) not accessible on windows xp sp2(after enabling tls settings).

how can programmatically find os version , service pack support secured connection (https). can use alternative (http) link connect.

asp.net - Problems sending emails from forum -
