java - Best way to generate maven modules -


i have complex structure of maven module involves 20 modules standard application. standard application supposed contain spring xml files , packages folder setup start. right copying example application , change name on it. seems lot of unnecessary work. i'm wondering software best use generate this.

i saw maven had called archetype i'm not find documentation , example on how use it. maybe there better tool task.

depending on nth recurrence of job in control M -
