layout - Cytoscape; visualize Network properties by structure -


i have small (star structure like) network nodes have degree of 1 , connected single node degree n-1. peripheral nodes can grouped 2 subsets through boolean node-attribute.

how can visualize in networks structural layout? i'm think of layout nodes of set on left side, nodes of set b on right , 1 node degree of n-1 stands between them, how can create such layout in cytoscape?

depending on nth recurrence of job in control M -
