postgresql - lower resolution of raster in PostGIS -


how can lower resolution of raster image in postgis? , has example operation? trying import raster images raster2pgsql, suppose there tag, manages problem not sure it.

i have got answer , although nobody helped me. solution use -l flag during importing raster raster2pgsql. -l flag used creating owerviews in different zoom level helpful lower resolution of raster image.
