i wondering if there tree picker similar old ucomponents checkbox picker.

something mutli node tree picker show tree structure. (it can parent of picked item)

not ui i'm aware of. you'd have either code custom property editor, or use built in multi-node tree picker, offers same functionality, it's different ui.
