google chrome - Timer / stop watch in a browser -


a question chrome or other browser trying achieve following

  1. open dashboard has list of ticket

  2. click on ticket , opens in new tab

  3. review ticket information

  4. do investigation

  5. update ticket investigation

step 1 , step 2 done hand clicking links view ticket open new tab.

at step 3 when start review. want have way trigger timer or stop watch moment new tab opened.

so when step 5 know how time spent working on issue; , can update in field while updating ticket

whole point of doing able see actual effort spent on ticket , identify trends later looked @ product managers identify work streams new development / enhancement

i under impression chrome have extention have been thoroughly unsuccessful in search. suggestions / ideas highly appreciated

asp.net - Problems sending emails from forum -
