i screen capture html page video , stream live. i've found way using obs: https://obsproject.com use technology server side.

you write c# application using html2canvas http://html2canvas.hertzen.com/ , rmtp streaming library. of course if looking plug n play solution not it.

asp.net - Problems sending emails from forum -
