Facebook dynamic product ads feed issues -


i trying setup facebook dynamic product ads. facebook says accept same feed google accepts @ google merchant centre google shopping.

i have uploaded google shopping feed facebook , comes following error

"incorrectly formatted property: shipping (1,529 products affected) property shipping incorrectly formatted."

facebook's documentation says needs shipping data in format

country:state:shipping_type:price

us:ca:ground:9.99 usd, us:ny:air:15.99 usd

here facebook pics google feed.

gb::24hr tracked insured signed (excludes saturday, sunday, bank holidays):0

it seems correct me per facebook documentation. idea wrong here?

second question how set if offer "worldwide free shipping"

you can't have commas (,) inside shipping type. comma (,) used between different shipping alternatives
